Nice and cheap little hotel, neighborhood and tube/ Bus Connections were great. Staff was very nice and check in and out worked without any inconveniences. We knew beforehand that the rooms would be very small and it was def not a problem, but why does the room size make people not install proper doors to the bath room? Being able to close that one fully would have been a great benefit.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Big Ben und London Eye in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine U-Bahn Station direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Kaffe von Vollautomat inklusive.

Meine 15 jährige Tochter und ich waren im März 2024 für 7 Nächte in London. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Wir hatten uns vorab darauf eingestellt und somit damit kein Problem. Schließlich ist man tagsüber unterwegs. Meine Tochter lebte die 7 Tage aus dem Koffer und ich habe meine Klamotten auf dem Nachttisch gestapelt aufbewahrt. Das Bett ist 140 cm breit, 2 Kopfkissen und eine große Decke. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir anstandslos ein weiteres Kopfkissen und eine weitere Decke. Das Personal ist sehr nett. So oft man möchte kann man sich kostenlos Tee und verschiedene Kaffeevarianten von der Rezeption holen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht. Ein Krankenhaus ist ca. 400 m entfernt, sodass dementsprechend oft Siränen zu hören waren. Das hat uns weder am Tag, noch in der Nacht gestört. Weil wir nachts das Fenster geschlossen hatten. Im Sommer stelle ich es mir, mit den Straßengeräuschen und Siränen problematisch vor. Die Tube Station Lambeth Nord ist 30 Meter entfernt. Big Ben ist in 7 Minuten, zu Fuß, zu erreichen. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Genau neben dem Hotel ist Costers Coffee und gegenüber dem Hotel ein kleiner Supermarkt (Sainsburry).

Gutes preis Leistung verhältnis. Aber nichts für längeren Aufenthalt da die Zimmer sehr klein sind. Leider nur ein duschhantuch und kein Gästehandtuch. Kaffee umsonst.

This property is located w/i walking distance of Waterloo station. Our room was small, barely enough for small carry-luggage, let alone walking space. The young staff are very helpful.

Nour at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. While the hotel lacks public restrooms, the rooms were clean although quite tiny with only a small hallway for movement. It's conveniently located near the London Eye, but a bit distant from other attractions; however, there is a train station and bus stop within 500 ft. MAX providing good transportation options.

Heating did not work in February. Bad smell coming from shower drain, which also made loud noises when not in use. People at the front desk were great.

Stayed in Point A's a few times and they have been a cheap option for a stop over in London. This time i had a issue and my suspicions were confirmed that you should think of them as the ' Ryanair' of hotel's. My sink was blocked and over flowed , i even hilariously got the ' we are full tonight' line during a long and fruitless discourse with the staff. Amazingly after some push back they had another room, would be sorted by the time i came back from my evenig etc notes would be left for the next shift etc Of course none of this happened , eventually not one but two rooms seemed to be found. I will be complaining via email so lets see how that goes ...but as with a budget airline , enjoy the price but of your bags go missing or you're delayed for 3 days dont expect any level of help or customer service.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich klein und es gibt fast keine Abstellmöglichkeit für den Koffer. Ansonsten jedoch sauber. Zimmerreinigung ist nicht täglich. Leider nur zwei große Handtücher, kein Handtuch für die Hände. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenlosen Kaffee, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die U-Bahn-Station Lambeth North ist direkt gegenüber des Hotels.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which was great. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. Firstly, the rooms were too small for two people, and it felt quite cramped. Additionally, the toilet/shower didn't have a lock, which was inconvenient. Moreover, considering the price I paid for the nights, it was disappointing that breakfast wasn't included. There was only a coffee machine in the reception area, and the staff initially mentioned that water and coffee were complimentary. However, whenever we asked for a cup of coffee or water, the staff seemed annoyed and unfriendly, as if we were bothering them. It was not a pleasant experience to feel like we were begging for something after paying so much for the stay.

Very convenient for central London and the South Bank…Tube station 25m away…..Lacking in breakfast option, compared to the Point A in Kensington where I stayed in Nov’23, and any seating/lounge area, but otherwise ideal for a short break..!!

I wouldn’t stay here again. My room was extremely small (even for one person). I couldn’t even open my suitcase without it taking up the entire room (no exaggeration). The room wasn’t clean. The duvet cover was disgusting. It was all ripped up and there were red marks all over it, I was grossed out. It is VERY loud,‘so don’t expect much sleep. The outside noise will keep you awake at night. I had to sleep with ear plugs which didn’t even help. The staff is nice and the location is convenient and safe, but that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ungenügend! Die Zimmer sind so klein, sodass man noch nichtmal seinen Koffer hinlegen kann bzw. sich zu 2. richtig bewegen kann. Es steht ein Bett im Zimmer, es sind max 2 Quadratmeter Bewegungsfläche und ein kleines Bad vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir sind mehrmals nachts wach geworden, als unser Nachbar seine Türe schloss bzw abschloss. Der Zimmerservice kommt nur alle 3 Tage. Aus der Klimaanlage kam schwarzer Dreck, weshalb wir sie aus ließen. Einzig und allein die Lage war gut. Wir durften nach unserem Aufenthalt unsere Koffer nicht dort lassen, sondern mussten sie gegenüber im Supermakt für 6£ pro Koffer aufbewahren lassen. Für 3 Nächte haben wir über 600€ bezahlt, was für den Aufenthalt mehr als frech ist.

Great location but small rooms
Hotel was in a great location and easy to find but the room was tiny and barely space for 2. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really poor (thin) and they were not able to provide more than 1 extra.

Horrible experience dealing with the staff and manager who liras to me on several occasions about swapping my stay to another day. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had from a hotel. I clearly made an error when booking and they clearly could help and on two occasions in writing told me they would swap my stay to another date and I could pay on top of it, but treated me very very poorly and just strung me a long. Recommended you avoid and very very poor management on their part. Never had an experience so poor with a hotel before.

Great value for money
Very surprised at how decent this place was. I booked a room without a window as I was only sleeping there. Room is very small but very compact and very clean. I had a double room but I was on my own and it was just perfect for my needs. I came in late every evening and the staff were very pleasant. I was able to get a hot drink from the machine Free of charge. I will definitely be staying here again great value for money

Small room, no space for belongings. It says 8 m2 on here but feels way smaller. Booked two nights, left after one as it was not worth the high price. I would look for other places, you get a bigger room around the same price. No refund received!!!
