Great studio and great service

Great apartment in the city, ideal location close to the tube. Fully equpped kitchen and great ti have a bath. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Check in process a lot easier and friendler than other serviced apartments. Only problem was that when it gets dark outside there is little lighting which can be precarious. Also bring a sleep mask cos the blinds don't shut out the light.

Disappointing and unsatisfactory accommodation

Worst accommodation we’ve ever stayed in! Although the location and the apartment itself were good, our 9 day stay was completely ruined by two factors – excessive noise and light. The apartment was located directly above a very noisy pub with outdoor seating. Every day we had between 40 -50 loud, rowdy pub patrons directly under our window. It was impossible to get peace and quiet from early afternoon till 11pm when the pub closed. One morning we were woken at 5am by beer kegs being rolled along the pavement into the pub. Once the pub finally did close for the evening it was difficult to sleep as the lights from the office building directly opposite were on all day & night and the apartment had inadequate window coverings to block out the light. We left messages for the nominated contact person at Room Space, however, our calls were not returned. Room Space would do well to invest in double glazing and heavy curtains for the apartment. However, if you enjoy needing earplugs and eye masks while on holiday then this is the accommodation for you.

Comfortable studio for short stay close to City

Wonderful apartment, very spacious with all needed for a short stay. The significant shortcomings were, first, the blinds were insufficient to block out the lights that were on all night in the apartment opposite. I resorted to an eye shade. The second shortcoming was that the exhaust fan from the pub two stories below was on permanently and was very noticeable. Having said that, I blanked it out from the second night on. The location was good for my business in the City with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Despite the two shortcomings mentioned above, I would be very happy staying here again.
