I'm very sorry we were not able to give you the experience you were expecting and we have since had the shower head holder fixed in the bathroom. Unfortunately we do not have a lift at the property and this is specified within our property details however a member of staff would usually be able to assist any guest with their luggage should they ask. Thank you for taking the time to write your review whilst you are still sat in the lobby of our hotel, whilst our team are in conversation with you investigate your complaint about loosing your card! You also just hung up on the our manager on duty who was also trying to assist you!You were given a key on check in and explained how to use it, there is no mechanism on our doors to lock them and this is very clear.We have checked the CCTV cameras, you left your room at 20.46 and returned at 20.48, in that time no one went up past your room. We have two long staying guests in the rooms besides yours, we can assure you that neither of these guests have any interest in entering your room. We feel you have misplaced this.
