Great welcome. Friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet and I slept well. The hotel is really close to the Tube and there are plenty of places to get coffee and some breakfast. Nice street. The only negative is the shower over the bath and the fact that the tap in the bathroom sink wasn't working properly.

The single room was clean and was exactly as shown! The best part of the Abbey was the staff, specifically the girl at reception. She was incredible and extremely helpful! While there is no elevator, she carried my luggage up 3 flights of stairs without even being asked! Would come here again just to see her!

Our room in the basement was very small, and old, but very cute. Just glad we only stayed a night. Think I felt bit closterfobic, but very good location. Close to everything. Maybe super floors are better.

Amazing location, close to Notting hill tube. Quiet street. It seems that the property hasn’t been maintained. The pictures on the website were taken many years ago no air con but I believe that common. I believe it’s a good deal for the money and location. It just needs a little TCL.
