A first class hotel. From the friendly staff waiting to open the door and welcome you through to thw housekeeping team and reception. Rooms were excellent. Well maintained and I have paid a lot more for less space in other hotels. Location couldn't be better whether travelling for business or exploring the city. The whole place is pristine and kept looking fresh and new to high standards. Nothing short of fantastic

The amenities and facilities where amazing but this was overshadowed by the lack of attention to detail, our welcome card was addressed to someone else, they couldn't fulfil basic requests like providing scissors which made me late for my hair appointment! also when we asked for chocolate the receptionist couldn't comprehend our request. The only exceptional service was at the spa.

Elevators are not efficient. When you enter a down elevator it almost always goes up first. Bathroom tile in junior suite 352 need attention. Some are not grouted properly and move when one steps on them. For a hotel of this quality and price point there should be more attention paid to these details. Housekeeping staff is excellent!!! Every detail is attended to!

Check in was good, until I asked for a room with a shower which was not over the bath and near the lift. This was sorted but it took a whole and when we got to the room which we understood to be further from the lift to find it had 2 small doubles instead of a king bed - we waited ages and were moved to the other side o=f the hotel on another floor - the whole process took one hour. I had to cancel and move back my restaurant booking in the city 3 times. there are no chairs for those signing in - even though I got the app and checked in on line - the process took ages - at least 15 mins and I was tired. I went for a swim and out of preference due to a bad knwee I choose the disabled chasing room - there were no facilities in there - no chair - except a wet one as it was a wet room - extra toilet roles were where you would place your toiletries - the only available body wash 9and there was nothing else) was above the handbasin a long way from the shower. there was no locker and it was full of a massive bag of old dirty laundry - most unacceptable. it was an awful experience - I used the pool the following day - the only change was that the laundry was removed. There was no advanced advice on entry - but reception is a long walk with stairs to the front of the hotel on Euston road - Breakfast £38 each - shocking and told it was first come first served - rude as we had not pre booked - not good. left disappointed from our intended treat

Brilliant family friendly hotel
Absolutely loved our stay here. From check in to checkout we couldn’t have asked for any more. We were celebrating our little girls 2nd birthday and the staff went out of their way to make her, and us, feel special. The little touches like baby towels, toddler robes and slippers were super cute. Breakfast was wonderful, swimming pool a fab addition to a London hotel and good children’s swimming hours. Every staff member we came across were brilliant. Upgraded room was much appreciated.

Great hotel right next to Marylebone station and a 10 minute walk to Baker Street station opening up many underground options between the two. Marylebone is an easy tube connection to Paddington to pick up Heathrow express. Wonderful hotel with great service and luxury accommodation.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location to transportation and shopping. We absolutely love the property with its rich history and impecable service. The restaurant is phenomenal and room service always delivering to expectations. This is the hotel we gravitate towards every time we are in London with my wife and son.

The Landmark is a lovely place to stay. Th location in convenient and the rooms are gorgeous. I highly recommend the Landmark. Orlando, the doorman, was particularly gracious. He remembered both of us and what we chatted about as we waited for our Uber. He is a superb employee!

This was the best choice of hotel for me and my husband and our three kids (under 10 years old). It was in a convenient and historic location, guest services were excellent and the food was great. We will be back for sure.

Paid a lot of money to stay here only to get no attention. A 5 star hotel should make their guests feel welcome. Felt the staff was only nice to certain people staying there. I felt they were rude to me because I was an American. The young man at the check in desk wasn’t friendly when I was checking into my hotel room. The Spa wasn’t great. The hot tub and sauna were nowhere near hot enough. My massage was terrible. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel is drop-dead gorgeous, and the rooms/bathrooms very spacious. Very clean and prompt service. Great in-room dining. Doormen are prompt and pay attention. Staff was able to check me in early, which was lovely. Two caveats about this hotel: 1- the restaurants aren't a great option if you're dining even a little off hours. 2- The pool has kids hours 9-11am and 3-5 pm (not great for families actually going out during the day), which is not listed on this booking, I was told about it at check in. Had I known, I chose this hotel because my daughter loves swimming- had I known, I would've chosen another hotel. The first time we tried to use the pool during the limited children's hours, it was closed due to a chemical imbalance, which I feel is something that should be taken care of overnight, not during limited kids hours. We finally made it to the pool once, and it was quite cold so we didn't stay long.

Lovely
Beautiful hotel. Wonderful service. Comfortable room and huge bathroom. Would definitely stay there again. We had a lovely spa day with wonderful amenities.

Booked for our wedding night stay and was very excited but we were massively disappointed and underwhelmed by the entire experience. Hotel is nice but lack of cleaning in main areas like hallways, lifts and even our bedroom let it down. Staff are slow and service is below average. Waited over 45 mins for breakfast and got served severely over brewed tea and had to send it back twice, when food finally arrived, cleaners were hoovering around us. Staff waived the bill but it’s not expected to experience such an ordeal at breakfast and as such we cancelled our dinner reservation at the Winter Garden. We had to call three times to the restaurant and front desk to cancel. We got late check out confirmed until 1:30pm and got disturbed at 1pm being told to check out, again a lack of communication and professionalism and by the time we got back to the room after breakfast, we needed the time to sort out our bits! No apology upon check out for all the issues experienced. Disappointed and won’t be staying again unfortunately.
