There is a simple way to get to the airport but noone offers that.

Transportation services to T5*The public TFL bus starting at 03:51am just on the main road outside the hotel, 1.75 per person (timetable available at reception). The bus journey is approximately 10-15min.*The Pod (electrical, driverless car) which starts at 04am and runs every minute. The price is 8.00pp/ each way, payable at the hotel reception desk.*Taxi. The price starts from 25.00 and can be booked at reception.Transportation services to T2&3&4*Taxi.Transportation services from T5 to the hotel*The public TFL bus from Bus stand No.6 and stops at the main road outside the hotel. The price is 1.75pp/each way. The bus journey is approximately 10-15min.*The Pod (electrical, driverless car) which starts at 04am and runs every minute. The price is 8.00pp/ each way, payable at the hotel reception desk.*Taxi.Transport options from Heathrow T2&3*Taxi.

Desperately needs refreshing. I have never seen carpets so worn in a hotel. Furniture looks like it’s from the 70’s. It took 3 requests for bottled water to be given to us although it was supposed to be in the room from the start. Staff are lovely !

If you want a basic place to spend the night before an early flight or after a late one then this is it. Pod direct from Terminal 5 ( £8). Wafer thin walls meant I didn’t get the best night’s sleep but it all depends on how noisy your neighbors are. Had to lug my case upstairs because there’s no lift.

A cheap hotel for staying night before. Its outdated and needs a good refurbishment. Extremely noisy. Thin walls, banging doors. Bars expensive so we went across the road to Premier inn The shop is ludicrous..Charges £3 for a standard chocolate bar. Just goto the garage if needed. Plus point the pod access. Won't be staying again.

Room was exceptionally hot when first entering. No openable windows. Had to quickly work out the air con to make it bearable. Slight smell in room which was enhanced by the heat.

We had to move twice due to no water to our room. Inconvenient at 9:00 at night. Rooms are a bit tired and the property exterior could use a refresh. But, staff at checkin were able to accommodate our early arrival and were very pleasant. Very convenient to go to terminal 5. Will stay again.

The only issue I had was charging to get through the gate to use the pod to get to the airport.

Not having a family room available on the ground floor. Not having a lift to get to the second floor. Being offered a room on both floors to be told that the floor we wanted was unavailable. A.C not working. Room was small dirty.Wardrobe doors didn’t close. Bathroom too small and unclean. The restaurant food was good.

Property has decided to charge for parking that is £15 over night - when challenged about the charges the manager was rude and said could park on the main road that is limited to 2 hours - very poor experience

Loved the pods on the monorail which link to terminal 5. Not really advertised that well but they were great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating
