This is basically a hostel. Dark and dinghy. Loud. Music blasting. Can't get the front desk to answer. Too hot . Bedding awful. Surprised there was a towel they didn't charge for!

Great hotel and total worth the money to be in the busy area of London. The area is a little unsafe but don’t worry the hotel has security at doors.

The location is perfect, in the middle of Piccadilly Circus. Rooms are small, and as advertised, but convenient for a quick night stay. The manager/greeter was off-putting upon arrival. Very pretentious and more concerned about charging extra to check in an hour early than helping us after a long travel. The room had stray long black hair on floor and on bed platform and had holes in the ceiling where three Air vents should have been.

I was a little concerned about the no windows room at first but it was great actually. Quiet, dark and great air conditioning.. put your alarm on if you don’t want to oversleep :) Great stay. Will definitely stay again.

I woke up to bed bugs all over me and my partner. We flew in and landed at 5am. We we arrived at at the hotel, we bought the early check in. 60 extra. Not friendly staff and lady to dust off my self. Do not stay or recommend. The manager also gave me a fake email to send in my complaint of having bite marks on my body. Rude and horrible

We were booked to stay for 2 nights and could only stay for one. Very limited customer service on arrival, less than the most basic budget airline. Having to pay a surcharge to leave a bag as we arrived early, then seeing that the baggage room was not manned and no ID was checked, which I felt was a security risk. On going to the room, we knew there would be no window, but no TV, no bedside tables, no bedside lights, no surfaces to put things on and having to put our things on the floor and no wardrobe. None of the basics I would expect to find. The bedroom lights didn't work and the bin was broken. On sleeping it felt like we were in the carcass of a wardrobe. I will not be staying here again.

It was a good stay for one night. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty clean. The shower was not very good in terms of the floor being the same throughout the bathroom, so water did end up going past the bathroom to our bedroom portion until we put a towel and it just flooded the bathroom. Also finding our room was kind of a maze but it was fine.

Be cautious when selecting the type of room; I mistakenly chose a room with special aids due to unclear descriptions in the details. The location is excellent. Note that the hotel services, such as baggage hold and early or late check-in, are paid. Also, pay attention to the check-in and check-out times.

Its very spartan with a bed, toilet, sink and shower. No closet, dresser, place to put clothes away, no place to put toiletries. 2 people cant sit at the same time, unless yourw on the bed. No TV.

Love the location of this hotel just few steps away from underground, few minute walk away from bus and a lot of food options available! Check in and out is fast and convenient where they send u email before to provide check in details so it smoother check in. One issue I had was the bathroom light that I tried to turn off but all button didn’t turn it off till last night in hotel found this small square black board on bottom of mirror which turns it off. Overall satisfied with hotel, its baseroom on since end of day u go there sleep then be out next day. Not crazy about 3pm check in need to do exactly 3 not earlier 😔

Stayed five nights at this hotel. It is clean, quiet and very well-located. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is security at the entrance at all times. There are several underground stations near-by to get you anywhere you need to go in and around London. You can also walk to most of the major tourist sites. Literally every kind of restaurant and bar in the immediate area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Upon checking in found a used condom in one room & a full garbage in the other. Talked to the front desk, for the room with the used condom we had to request a new room. For the room with the used garbage was handed a bag and asked to do it ourselves.

Very bad service. After being asked to not enter my room the team entered anyway and left my door OPEN! Shower curtain was slimy and moldy.

Excellent hôtel à 2 pas de Piccadilly Circus. Malgré la très grande taille de l’hôtel (13 étages) les chambres sont calmes. Les seuls reproches que l’on peut faire est la trop petite taille de la salle de bain et le manque d’intimité pour les toilettes. Quoiqu’il arrive nous avons très bien dormi dans notre chambre et nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Perfect hotel, reasonable cost & great location. No windows in rooms which made me a little claustrophobic at night with all the lights out but used my phone as a little night light! All in all great place to stay!!!
