"Not usually one to leave reviews, but will make an exception for this hotel. First, the pictures do not match the property. The pool area had no ventilation and the walls and floor were covered in long term condensation and had mold and mildew, as well as huge areas of bubbling and peeling paint. Was traveling with children and they were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool as that was one of the main reasons we decided to stay here. Secondly, the fire alarm went off multiple times...

"The room was clean and had everything we needed!"

"The rooms were very small and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I’ll never do this again . not there anyway."

"Smelled like doodoo in the bathroom the moment we walked in. Smell never dissipated"

"Rooms were gross. Shower was all rusty. Definitely was not cleaned before we were there. Drove 10 hours just to be woken up by staff at 6am wondering if we were in the room?? There are plenty of other hotels in the same parking lot. Stay there instead."

"Everything was great! Super clean and great breakfast. Pool was nice too!"

"I liked that it was off the highway and many different resturant around the area. The complimentary breakfast, evening snacks and drinks were also very nice."

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. They were busy but made sure everyone was taken care of."

I called the desk and they were unmoved. I reached out to Expedia and they were unable to assist. My guest and I went out to our event and returned around midnight. We went to make up the sofa bed the hotel knew I needed to use and there were no linens in the room. We waited 30 minutes for the desk staff to bring them up because he was...

"No one was at the office. Stood there for 20 minutes and no one showed up"

"I don't like being critical but there were some things that made the place pretty average or below. Snags in the bed comforter, the shower had not been wiped down as there was shampoo/soap left from the last guests, ring around the toilet bowl (maybe the room hadn't been used in a while), couldn't seem to get heat to come out of the univent and the breakfast wasn't anything to remember and the coffee was barely warm at 7:30a.m. which leads me to believe it was from the day before. Sharing my...

"Excellent and friendly staff. A fantastic, unadvertised feature of this property is the free Tesla charger available for guests to use."
