Room was incredible, big and comfy beds, very quiet. Extremely clean Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. My only issues was limited parking But we will definitely be staying here again the the summer.

Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario
Room was spotless and in great condition. Modern decor and furniture. Loved being located in the same building as The Factory. Great spot for families.

Didnt get the room i booked. It "was under construction. I booked a king bed. Ended up with 2 queens that seemed like doubles. My girlfriend and i slept in seperate beds on valentine's day..... how romantic...... Also, garbages werent emptied, and found blonde hairs on the pillows. Im.bald, girlfriend ...
