"Staff were welcoming and personable. The room was spacious, and well-appointed --- also very open concept. The location was ideal for attending a concert at the Canada Life arena - its literally steps away. Parking was very handy across the street at the Covent Garden underground parking. The PIN locks on the main doors (afterhours) and actual hotel room doors worked well.(Its nice not to worry about a physical key) Really appreciated the "surprise" they left in the fridge. "This hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near lots of amenities in South London. The bed was comfortable, and the room was reasonably clean. Some of the hotel features look tired and could use updating, including the room shower and sink. Overall, good value for money and I would stay again!"

"The hotel room was an astoundingly LONG walk from the only set of elevators at the lobby. I was not directed to a separate entry door with my luggage, nor was there a closer elevator available. I have never encountered such a long, convoluted route from a hotel lobby to a room before."

"I had requested a room with a single bed and half bathhroom for one night, room 318. The bed mattress was so old that I sank into it. I had a very poor sleep. I am not an overweight person. I felt compelled to mention this most important matter to the receptionist so she could pass my genuine concern to the owner. I hope the mattress will be replaced with a new, firm one for future guests. The air conditioner has a humming sound which restricted a quiet room for watching tv and sleep. So I...

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not great compared to other properties we have stayed at. Cereal was stale, no options for milk, yogurt, or muffins. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy. Location of TV in the room was not ideal. Otherwise it suited our purpose for our stay."
