"Location is great and the rooms are all modern, spotless and comfortable. The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The reception staff are lovely, really friendly and very helpful and the pantry area for snacks and emergency items is a great idea. If I had one piece of feedback it would just be that it would be useful to have some instructions for things like the aircon and boiling water tap but I would definitely stay there again. "

"Renovierte Unterkunft. Sauber und in einem Wohnviertel deshalb ruhiger als erwartet. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn-Station. Das Apartment war perfekt für uns vier. Handtücher und Bettwäsche stehen zur Verfügung. War ein schöner Aufenthalt. Zur Info man muss eine Kaution beim Checkin hinterlegen."

"Awesome location in Covent Garden. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage before check in time. Nice, clean and quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows. "

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything...

On arrival, our very cheerful receptionist informed us that we had been moved to the first floor as the lighting on the lower ground was limited. I had no issue with this but when we got up to the floor via the lift, we found that we had to go up 15 stairs with a large heavy suitcase, then there were another 4 stairs in a very narrow corridor.
