"Staff were excellent. Rooms spacious but very simply decorated, could improve so much to give it that 5* feel. Need better amenities in the rooms too. Breakfast was pricey but delicious. "

"Pros: The hotel was a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It was also close to two tube stations. Cons: We had issues a couple days getting our room cleaned. We had set up daily cleaning for our week’s stay, but came back a couple times after a day of touring and no one had been there. Also the rooms are very dark with minimal lighting. The other big issue is the lack of storage space. When we stay a week in a hotel, we like to unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. There were no drawers or wardrobe spaces in the bedroom. Only storage space was two small drawers in the closet. "

"Breakfast was wonderful loved the hotel. I wasn't a fan of the restaurant but it was because I didn't care for the cuisine, the food was great but the choices were limited. The staff were great and we were spoiled by staying there."

"Very inconvenient stay. No breakfast or parking, difficult to access with luggage, and the property is not appealing. It also takes too long to get inside when carrying bags, and it is very expensive."

"The room was lovely! It had everything we needed and bed was super comfortable. The shower was good, with a waterfall head and a good temperature throughout. Lovely towels clean bedding, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were OK - we needed a plug socket near the bed and the receptionist chose a room for us and checked with us the position of the socket would work. We had met her in the morning when we dropped off our bags and explained what we needed. Really enjoyed our stay here. "

"Perfect location for exploring, extremely close to Borough Markets, Shakespeare's Globe and TATE. The litte cafe next door 'Crosby and Hope' is wonderful. Perfect for breakfast. "
