Rooms all spacious and plenty of towels and cushions. Even had fans for if you were too warm. Car parking right outside and tube max 5mins walk. Can't rate it high enough."

"We had a lovely pre-Christmas stay at Primrose Guesthouse, with such a welcoming host and all the amenities needed for exploring London, since public transport is within walkable distance. The area is very quiet and safe, and we’ll definitely be back. "

"Staked in a lower ground room (no. 8) which was beside the lift but we didn't hear any noise from it. The room itself was a decent size for the price, well lit and clean. Staff were all friendly and interested - every one of them asked about our day and if the room was OK. There was some low level noise from above - we were directly beneath the reception and could hear footfall. This didn't disturb our sleep and by 10pm there was very little noticeable noise. The wifi worked well, plenty of tea...
