"Didn't like the pool area, looks nicer in pictures. You have to reserve a swim time because the pool is small. Some man thought he reserved the pool for himself and family and told everyone to get out and complained to staff. The rooms were very dusty and not cleaned properly. Breakfast was great."

"Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly. They allowed early check in at no extra cost with our plane arriving in the early morning. Its close to food, bars and a short walk to all the attractions and the big bus stop. Tesco is right down the block for food items and snacks."

"i highly recommend this place. really nice staff, all you need provided. even a Family of five can afford a stay in London! Thank you so much!! Only the break-in security lock for the windows we're no use since you can just take the counter part off. Besides a lovely place!"

"The location is absolutely amazing and this place is clean and well appointed! We really enjoyed our stay at the Marlin Waterloo. We appreciated the kitchenette so we could make some breakfasts and lunches in the room. Everyone was very helpful."

"As a students house, you will find a simple but very functional room with private bathroom, included clean towels, courtesy soap and shampoo. The spacious triple room on 2nd floor was very well organized, comfy beds, closet and shelves for your stuff, kettle and generous quantities of coffee and tea. The furniture Is a bit old style, but clean all over. Common kichen in our area was left dirty by other guests, we didn't use It. Drinkable water offered freely. Breakfast was the great added value of the place, wide choice of hot and cold food and drink, vegetarian and vegan food, fresh veggies and fruits. Far better than London's expensive 4 star hotels we stayed in during august."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we got a couple of soft drinks from the bar and another guest accidentally knocked into me and spilled the drinks, the bar quickly replaced them at no charge. On our first night there we were very tired and ordered room service. They were very quick and the hamburger I ordered was the best I ever had. It tasted like it was home cooked. Checking in and out was a breeze. They also have room safes and we felt very safe while we were there. I can't wait until we can go back! Don't forget your universal outlet adapter if you're coming from the US."
