"Easy walk to subway. Starbucks close by. Food was good. Staff helpful, was able to arrange a car back to airport. They let me park my rental out front while I unloaded my bags. They have a coffee shop and two restaurants in the hotel. The fish and chips were good. It was within a short walk for the Hop on Hop off bus. I don't know if it was because I went through Expedia, but they wouldn't let me charge anything to my room-the only draw back."

"I absolutely loved the hotel, the service and the location. From the amazing breakfast (with a waffle machine), to the takeaway breakfast they gave us was top notch. It has a bus station right next to the entrance and the Waterloo station after a 5 min walk. Highly recommended hotel. Do try out the best Fish & Chips at Fishcoteque, and the shawarma next door. "
