"I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"This property is beautiful. The pool is crystal clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and whatever detergent they use smelled fresh and clean thought the whole unit. And the bartender DeShawn (sp?) is 5 stars! The best freshly made drinks the whole vacation. My husband won't shut up about the margarita lol. Would absolutely go back!"

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."

"The resort is an older resort with classic island charm. The property and amenities make up for the dated furniture in the units. The resort is perfect for a relaxed stay and easily accessible to all other resorts and restaurants via the shuttle or taxi. I will be coming back for a longer stay. The beach is priceless!"

"I never write reviews but we had a terrible experience, We arrived early before check in multiple attempts to contact property to arrange a early check in or get options prior to arrival no response We were told we were too early by a very rude unwelcoming employee, we had to inquire as to where we could put our things and very reluctantly given minimal direction to the pool area, we arrived at 11:00am and were told we would be contacted when our room was ready by 4:00pm with no call we went to...

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"
