"The room was spacious with a huge bed, comfy chairs and a great power shower. Staff were lovely and there was plenty of free parking. Food was not available but we knew that before booking so it wasn't a problem. There was a bar in the evening and lots of seating."

"The entire complex was immaculately clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming on arrival and during our stay. The facilities are exceptional as was the breakfast, more than adequate and food quality was superb. The only (very) minor negatives are: The car park is not clearly displayed as being for patrons of the hotel leading to some confusion on arrival. "When we arrived just after 2pm it was like stepping onto the Marie Celeste. We finally found a few customers who told us that only member of staff doing front of house was getting ice cream for their daughter. When she appeared we asked about food but was told that the kitchen closed at 2 and that we would need to go out if we were hungry. Checking us in, she was very pleasant but hadn’t read my email sent a couple of days before to say we were bringing a dog which didn’t smack of...

"Hotel is near the Jubilee campus but not near city centre. Clean and big room and staff was helpful. We had to pay for carpark at £6 per day. There used to be free carpark before this. It would be good if hotel guests are given free carpark like before as the price of the hotel stay is not cheap."

"Located in Brayford Pool, where the old port wharf has been redeveloped like other cities (Gloucester etc) in has a car park and big multistorey next door as well.£10.40 for 24 hrs. Excellent position for relaxed dining and drinking on terraces/outdoors. Short walk to main High St shops.
