The room was classic Adirondack and very comfortable. The restaurant food was plentiful and excellent. The owners are top notch customer service providers. I highly recommend and I am not one who ever bothers to do these surveys but just felt compelled because of how wonderful this stay was. Support this small business!!

We had to search out the person to check in. Our room door was wide open and the bed looked disturbed. The room was small and noisy. They couldn't have a fire in the fireplace. They ran out of coffee in the morning and there was no one to talk to about it.

It's a historic propery- about 130 years old. But it's in very good shape. The place has character, but with nice attention to detail. The restaurant/bar is great. The fried cod and chicken meatloaf entrees were delicious, but I didn't like the string beans (undercooked). The room was cozy, clean and quiet (we had one facing the lake and not the street).

Love staying here. Rooms are very clean, restaurant has excellent food and bar. Only thing is they really need someone at the desk to check in. I know they are busy but maybe get someone in there to manage it all the time.

We had an excellent stay. The view of the lake from the porch in the morning with complimentary coffee was an excellent way to begin each day. The restaurant was delicious food. Compliments to the chefs. Then we spent the evening playing the shuffle board game. The only downside was the room did not have AC. The fans were okay but we like a cold room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and relaxing.

Although the room was clean and tge bed comfortable, the room was a postage stamp. I had more room in the bathroom. There was no place to sit and No air-conditioning. The entryway had a very dirty rug and tge room was highly overpriced. Not worth coming here.

We stayed in one of the small cabins. The cabin was just as described on the website and in the photos. The bed was comfortable. The porch on the front of Cabin was nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake. We ate both nights at the restaurant. The food was the best we have had in a long time, with very fresh ingredients and all the staff were friendly. They went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The service was exceptional with several extra nice touches We will be back .
