"King size bed which was a double Air con didn’t work Water pressure was awful and kept going from hot to cold Staff seemed to care but this was quickly shattered when I saw them joking about a customer after speaking to them. The breakfast was ok without any hot vegan options. Room service trays were left unattended outside rooms. I booked to try and escape the heat however this ended up only being some what of a success Pool was warm and uncomfortable to swim in would liked it be cooler I...

"Another fantastic stay at Moat House for my parents, who simply won't stay anywhere else when they're visiting the area! The whole team were phenomenal from start to finish. Apologies that we didn't manage to get everyone's names, but Hannah on reception was amazing at check-in, and Kirsty was excellent at check-out. "Staff, room and breakfast was fabulous"

"Hotel is a little dated but room and bathroom were very clean. Fan was provided so temperature was comfortable. Room spacious and will be great if you have dogs. Bed relatively comfortable. Minor gripe is that the shower gel was very watered down so no use really. Other than that it’s a good budget option for this location and I would definitely stay there again."
