"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"Excellent hotel, Very clean, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the bathrooms were a welcome treat, lotions, toothbrush, makeup towels. Shower was sparkling clean and warm. Really nice property. We will definitely staff again. Can’t recommend enough 💕"

"The room was not clean! Hair in the bed!! Staff came to my room after I complained and yelled at us. Very unprofessional, did not feel comfortable to continue my stay. Extremely disappointed! Would not return or recommend to anyone."

"The room was very nice. The mattress felt like it was brand new and was one of the top 3 most comfortable hotel rooms I stayed in. The pillows were also very comfortable. The shower didn’t face enough water pressure. The hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed. I would definitely stay here again based off if the comfort of the room. "

"We booked through Expedia email said to cancel appointment it had to be by 4pm we didn’t even find out we would need to cancel appointment until after 4pm because our flight got in at 3:30pm, we had to pick up our car rental and then drive over an hour to get to the hotel. When we finally got there the room smelled so bad like bleach or chlorine I could barely breathe. We went to get another room somewhere else and checked out the next morning as by the time we got another room it was late and...

"Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well."

"Several large palmetto bugs in room, despite manager stating it was sprayed that day. No stoppers on any drains. She said "oh well that's FL " The shower was awful, water handle control spun around@ around and couldn't get hot water!! I would not recommend this place."

"This place definitely doesn’t look like the pictures I will tell you that! The paint on the walls were peeling, the beds were terrible, the tub was filthy, toilet clogged, the balcony looked as if it was abandon and they swept it and put a random chair on the balcony. The balcony floors were black from filth. There were drug addicts fighting at the pool with two dogs they were treating extremely poorly. Including beating the dog. I mean to be honest the list goes on. But vapid this place if...
