"Hotel was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was okay but there were several minor maintenance issues in the room. Lights by bed did not work, and switch for fan in bathroom also controlled a light that flickered constantly and very annoyingly."

"We were a little unsure when we first pulled in. The pictures were a little misleading, but the room was clean and roomy. The people who arrived ahead of us were apparently difficult and the manager was a little upset and not super friendly. After she had a chance to calm down, she was very helpful and pleasant. The balcony view was a little disappointing. Yes, the mountains were beautiful, but didn’t particularly enjoy the highway view."

"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was excellent. Really spacious and comfortable, large and comfy bed, very clean too. Well stocked kitchen and a great deck area to sit on at night. Included breakfast in the main building was also pretty decent and the hotel is conveniently located to get in to Estes Park town centre, or to RMNP."
