"The room was very basic but very clean. My main issue were the paper thin walls. I was lucky that my neighbors weren’t crazy but I could hear talking and every movement. The food court food wasn’t great, but it was edible. Convenient for going to Universal and not spending much time in your room. "

"My floor in my room was disgustingly gross. I can’t even explain how truly dirty my floor was. Just taking clothes off and stepping on the shower floor your feet get covered in black filth. Coming out of shower I threw a towel down to step on to walk towards my bed. Got dressed and when I picked up the towel it was black. This just grossed me out. This made me completely think twice about even attempting to sleep on the bed. We left and went elsewhere "

"The pictures, the lobby, the pool, all looked fabulous. The check in was easy. The refund I requested ten minutes after check in, due to the room having bed bugs, being musty, and dingy, was no problem. Evidently they are used to that issue. Another guy was requesting a refund for the same reasons, when I went back to check out. 10 out of 10 don't recommend. GROSS"

"Room could be cleaner/staff excellent/Pool excellent/ absolutely family friendly . Perfect location close to everything you need.. walking anywhere was a breeze. Stairway in Tower was very dirty on every landing … The view of Volcano Bay was outstanding…"

"Room was NOT properly cleaned. A dirty cup on floor and trash debri under the chair. The rollaway bed was rusted and very difficult...it was bent slanted..not comfortable. "
