"We booked this trip as a little staycation—our first getaway since welcoming our son into the world six months ago. With Grandma and Grandpa kindly babysitting, we were excited for some much-needed time to ourselves, though a bit anxious about leaving our baby for the first time.

He took the time to ask about our stay and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. From check-in to giving clear directions to our room, everything was smooth and easy. What really stood out was that he remembered us by name the next time we passed through the lobby.
There are hundreds of hotels in Orlando but I will be returning just because of the wonderful hospitality Chris showed us. Thank you Chris!!
