"VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My room was NOT CLEANED PROPERLY, I got bite by something, not sure maybe bed bugs or an insect, my family also got bite,WAS NOT PLEASED OBVIOUSLY, I contacted the front desk spoke with a gentle man, he was helpful for I had requested a room change! I spent 7 NIGHTS! @ this hotel! The bite got worst I got worried, I had taken pictures which I showed to the manager/supervisor, I also emailed the pictures, I also physically lifted my shirt and showed her the bite!! On my upper back!!!! Horrible experience, no one called or checked in, even when I was told they would do a follow up!! Having a clean healthy hotel with people who put emphasis on the cleaning is essential!! I understand mistakes happen, but they can be avoided!!! Unfortunately I would have booked twice at this establishment! I DO NOT INTEND TO EVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!!! I would love the ability to black list a hotel which I so desire on the Expedia app!! That way I never see it when I’m trying to book a stay, i am actually still waiting on this hotel to reach out if they even will! Where is you're sympathy or if they even care!!! Imagine if this had happen to a child or a small baby etc !!!! "
