Hotel dekat Loretto Lions Park

"Everything was great except garbage can had not been eptied in room"

"Clean, good breakfast."

"I felt sorry for the lady checking people in, she was the only one, There were at least 5 people in front of me, girls soccer parents checking in, so very busy. The lady was very frustrated, said she got to work and there was a whole new check in process on the computer that she didn’t know was going to happen. She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...

"The service was exceptional, and the food was amazing! Will always book my future stays in the area with the Sheraton West Minneapolis 👌"

"The room and the view were amazing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and asked us if we had any problems when we checked out. Parking was great."

"Had an issue with bugs all over the room, primarily by the window with the A/C unit"

"The place is clean and nice"

"The Staff was very helpful and understanding"

"The lobby was clean and bright. The phone was disconnected in the room…..” they haven’t worked for a year.” The advertised pool was closed for “daily maintenance “ but on inquiry it had been shut down for one month due to chlorine issues. That was a disappointment."

"Thank you"

"The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful."
