"Was very let down by the hotel. Water pressure in shower was extremely low & hot water took 15 to reach a comfortable temperature. The shower head was “adjustable” but kept sliding down after it was pushed to a desired height. Was unable to sleep comfortably due to pillows being completely overused. ..."

"There was not a single glass or cup in the room allotted to us. We checked in at the late midnight hence couldn’t even order the glasses or cups. In the morning also staff took too long to get the glasses."
