"Adrian and the night manager were excellent. Silvia on day shift was horrible. Not helpful at all and very rude. I was informed I had a late checkout and she told me no that there was no rooms. I then asked can I stay another night and she said sure Hahaah ridiculous. She gets a F grade the others ..."
