"No WIFI. I booked it the day before so I would have liked to have known that. We stayed for multiple nights and kids had homework to do and wasn’t able to do it. They tried to claim WiFi was complimentary so they didn’t need to fix it quickly. It is 2026, WiFi isn’t complimentary anymore. If they had refunded us a tiny bit or actually cared it would have gone over better for me. The area of town seemed pretty safe considering. I like the area more than the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. The deadbolt wouldn’t work in the room. It was just me & my kids so that was disappointing. If the area was more sketchy I would have changed rooms. The room is what you would expect a 2 star hotel to be like. Nothing fancy. Clean but not clean clean and very basic. The bath towels were like large hand towels. They were comically small. I am petite & it was insane, I can’t imagine any man using these towels. Nothing says you are at a low end hotel then a really bad towel in my opinion. Complimentary breakfast was nice to have. Nothing fancy. All grab and go type of food. Free parking was nice & convenient getting in and out of. The plants around the parking lot were nice even though some of them really need to be repotted. The restaurant filming location was cool to see. It would be cool if they offered a photo op inside once a day or something. I would say this is a nice two star hotel for a night. But I would never book it if the WiFi isn’t working and not stay for multiple days. "

"I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The condition of the room was extremely unacceptable. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the room, and I was constantly bitten while trying to sleep. The situation in the bathroom was even worse, with a large number of mosquitoes flying around. Because of this, it was almost impossible for us to take a shower, brush our teeth, or wash our faces comfortably. The level of hygiene and cleanliness was far below what any guest should reasonably expect from a hotel. In addition, we were unexpectedly charged extra fees for parking, we weren’t parking our car, at the time of booking or check-in. This was very frustrating and felt unfair. Furthermore, the staff member who assisted us during check-in had a very rude and unfriendly attitude. Instead of providing proper customer service, the behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Overall, the environment, service, and unexpected charges made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I hope your management team will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly with a fair resolution."

"Free parking and staff members were really friendly. Bottom sheets could be cleaner but everything else was pretty good. Deff more motel vibes than hotel. Delicious pastries for breakfast were from a local bakery."

"There is no pool, even though it says there is. The pool is at a different hotel down the street haha. The hotel was decent and clean and in a good location. Our toilet overflowed immediately after arrival, and I had to shut it off because it was overflowing. The staff at the desk simply offered "more towels." I had to explain that we needed a functioning toilet and she eventually agreed to come take a look. Not a great welcoming experience. Also there isn't really a shuttle option to Universal unless you book "3-4 weeks" in advance according to this same employee. We had a different expectation based on the emails and thought we simply had to submit our information."

"Beautiful hotel, although I felt there was many hidden fees. Also, fees in food were extremely expensive. For an example for small order of fries is $15. More likely I would not be staying there again. "
