Room was clean, staff was courteous.. We locked our keys in the car and our cell phones were dead cuz we forgot our chargers at home and needed to call Triple A for help.. No pens were available in room or at office.. Room phone wasn't working and once I got it working there was static and could barely understand what other person was saying... Otherwise everything else was fine and what you would expect from Hotel stay
