This property is now called the Arlington Inn. No norification. It’s sketchy area there’s a drive thru store out front so motel is hidden behind and bushes reek like urine. Motel was safe and over proved for what you get. Room smelt like chemicals and bed was hard and cheap. Never again. Staff on property very kind

There was hair on my toilet seat when I checked into my room and hairs on my towel. I changed rooms and refrigerator didn’t work. So I changed rooms twice. After that, it was ok but bad start to motel

The AC make a lot of noise on the first two hours or so after booking in. The place was clean and area was ok but the attitude of the lady and the man at the front desk was not customer friendly.

The room was nasty. They didn’t clean it properly. The walls were nasty so was the bathroom door. The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. Homeless people hanging out everywhere. We literally took a shower and slept in the car because the room felt as nasty as it looked

The two people who seemed to run it were so rude, wouldn’t even let us use the restroom after driving 8 plus hours to stay there, made us wait the 20 mins it was till we were able to check in, they try to charge you different rates per room, I was charged more than my friend who checked in later that day for the same exact room

Ants

When we arrived there was a small amount of ants in the bathroom. We just hosed them down in the drain and thought nothing more of it. Then day 3, when we came back, they were crawling in our bed and on the wall behind it. We spoke to management and we got a new room. But this room also had ants in the bathroom. Would not recommend this place before they get this issue resolved.

I called days in advance to ask if I could check in early and confirmed I could with no charge. The owner I spoke to on the phone was very rude to me. Upon arrival I was told it would be $20 cash to check in early by the same person I spoke to on the phone. I was asked to make a $40 cash deposit which was not clear when making the reservation. After explaining I did not have that much cash I got back in my car to find another place to stay. The owner then came outside to tell me that whatever cash I had was fine in an attempt to get me to stay so he didn’t lose money. There were also moths and ants in the room, especially the bathroom, making the shower unusable. Save your money and stay anywhere else.

I was provided with a smoking room that stunk so badly that I couldn't even breathe. Bare wires hanging off the ceiling instead of the smoke detector(s) - extremely unsafe. Missing a nightstand. Random people knocking on the door between 12-2AM in the morning asking for a lighter and offering to buy things - very unsafe neighborhood! The registration guy demanding CASH (in my case I only had $10) as a security deposit, saying that this is a requirement and it was mentioned on the website - such a scammer! Dirty place - black hair all over the place: towels, floor, furniture... I've lost light in a half of the room at night. The motel shuts off the outside light at night as well. Small cockroaches that come out at night looking for food. It seems like the motel owner was renting some of the rooms on a permanent basis to some very unsafe locals, as there was a lot of fighting and noise outside through the night and my above neighbor was stumping all night... So, if you expect a SLEEPLESS night and something bad to happen to you or your car - this is the place to be. Otherwise STAY AWAY from this horror motel!

I stayed at this property when it was the Palms and it was pretty dope then. I don't have a problem with the location or the property. The rooms are spacious and clean as well as affordable. It's what we need in this economy so I'm here for it all don't sleep on this hotel hotel.beiisgreatfftime
