The staff was very rude when I checking in… It was basically skid row outside my room door I couldn’t even sleep in peace it’s very ran down not clean how it’s look on the pictures‼️oh n the MANAGER TOOK MY DEPOSIT FOR A 20min late check out when he knocked after check out.

Hicimos la reservación y al llegar al lugar nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones y que revisáramos donde aviamos recervado y aparte de todo tuvimos que buscar otro lugar y ya era tarde no nos an regresado el rembolso y ni siquiera nos hemos podido comunicar y es muy difícil para mí ir al establecimiento ya que vivo a varias horas pésimo lugar ,

We pulled in the parking lot. Saw it was sketchy and turned back around. Lost money but worth it to stay somewhere else for safety.

Omg this place smh the phone in the room don’t work the remote to the tv don’t work the card reader to get in the room don’t work way too many issues this is not a review to bad mouth but to bring awareness so possibly they can’t fix the problem

Bedbugs, fire hazards, no smoke alarm, duct tape on electrical outlets and doors, a/c had electrical smell and loud, holes in walls, bathroom mirror ripped from wall, TV remote missing and TV did not work. Very unsatisfactory do not recommend staying there at all. Staff is not very helpful and you will not be satisfied. We’ll never stay in another red roof Inn. The pictures on the Internet were not even close to being what the property look like. The swimming pool was empty and the property was very dirty.

worst motel in the state of California. complete false advertisement. im planning on. suing Expedia amd reproof inn for putting me im that situation. no hot water no TV no fridge no key to my room safety latch on door broken roaches no blankets no towels no housekeeping. Max the manager rude you have to go to the office everytime you need entry into the room. You have to track down the maids to get towels sheets then they tell you thst you have to wait for them to wash dirty towels to get you a clean one. they finally put a Google TV I. ghe roo. but refused to hook up the internet. so we watched our tablets. we had to change the bedding sheets had hair on them it was gross unclean amd unsafe. I can't believe Expedia list them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I booked a room for 2 nights and was going to be traveling in the early morning after work. When I reached the property the morning after my reservation had started the man at the front desk said my reservation had been canceled because I didn't check in early enough?! Even though I paid for 2 nights ahead of time so I could have a bed to sleep on after traveling after my work shift. I was BEYOND floored! My whole reservation was canceled and this man didn't try to look for another room or offer any help! "We didn't get any money from you..you need to contact expedia." And I had to look for another place at 8am! Unbelievable

All of the staffs were very helpful and friendly, but the management are in the process of renovating everything in that property. When we first checked in we were put in a temporary room, because the the television in that room was broken and the lights by the bed were not working.

A hole in the wall their was someone still staying in my room when I opened the door I asked for a blanket they said they don’t have none I had to use the same wash n dry cloth for my entire stay it was cold at night it was patched up holes all over the walls poor bedding stale smell He didn’t have my room available until 7:30 he was rude I was so embarrassed to be in that nasty ass room somebody need to call the better business bureau on them

I asked the man in the office to cancel my room and I’m not sure that he did. The place was disgusting, dog food on the floor, no bed sheets, urine stains in the mattress, bathroom was filthy , hair in the drain , and smelled horrible. I do not recommend this place at all.
