"I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I wouldn’t even check my dog in to this dump!! They clearly bought it when it was apartments and did the office new and kept everything else a huge disaster. It was beyond awful!! Living room pictured a couch but when we got there we had only two chairs to sit in. Not a comfortable living room. No dishes nothing to cook with. What’s the point of a kitchen and no warning there would be nothing. No towels in the bathroom. Our bed pillows were dirty. The walls were filthy....

"Excellent room and services. Very clean with modern furnishings and large rooms. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Grocery store two blocks away. Well lit and secure parking. Wi-fi was a bit finicky and was adequate for my stay."

"I have stayed in better hotels for much less. No hot tub adjoining the pool (although the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature), adequate but uninspired restaurant, poor quality toilet paper in the room, poor quality facial tissue in the room, bath towel and bath floor mat were removed but not replaced. Bed was comfortable, and the climate control worked well. Overall, a fairly nice property at the price of a first class property."

"I would definitely stay at this place any time, I had the greatest time. I was treated fantastic, everyone was spectacular and staff was very friendly. The moment we walked in we were treated with respect, we got our keys and room was amazing, my daughter loved it and was amazed by the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. Top notch and mornings breakfast was the bomb of course a lot to chose from since we are early birds we got to eat anything we wanted it. I highly recommend it!!"

"It was perfectly fine, but it wasn’t so much a hotel, more of a motel. The door opened directly into the room, which was very clean and comfortable enough. The hotel was fairly close to nearby attractions/central Pasadena. It was good enough for a two night stay, but not much longer. The staff was friendly, though."

"Staff was incredibly unhelpful, none of the staff was trying to help me when I asked for a reasonable accommodation for my temporary disability needs and they were so rude making MINIMAL to no help trying to help. I would not go back again. -champagne "
