Hotel Carmel
"First thing we noticed was the dead bugs by the window. We had to go downstairs and ask the front desk for ice. Two out of the five nights we got this lady who was so rude and told us that if we wanted ice we should try coming down at a reasonable time. The sheets had a nasty stain on them."

"I like that there is a self-serve, 24 hour market for basic food and drink, as well as a cafe. As a solo traveler, I also found it safe and the staff very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. I also appreciate that there are water stations on each floor, so you can fill your water bottle."

"No ice machines working on floors 15 down to ten? remote to tv didn't recognize "guide" so you had to search by channel up and down, air set at 70 degrees blasted cold air non stop and anything higher made room hot. We stayed there three times before and loved it. Don't know what's going on."
