"very nice hotel close to airport. Clean and great dining options at the hotel. Eartha went above and beyond to help us! All the staff were excellent."

"Go there"

"I had one of the most spacious suites ever - 1 bedroom, kitchen area, two bath rooms and two other rooms."

"Such a magnificent and historic hotel. You can tell when everyone is proud to work there, the service is the best. Everyone should at least visit and see the splendor of old L.A."

"The hotel is just great for a place close to LAX. The complementary airport shuttle is difficult. They do not respond to text messages and if you call them they always say the shuttle will be there in 12 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes we called again. The shuttle came 15 minutes later. This is nearly identical to a previous stay I had at this hotel."

"The rooms were clean. The staff were nice. I loved the vertical check in and the coffee and hot chocolate bar was delish."

"The staff and the breakfast was wonderful. The only thing is they don't serve lunch or dinner. Everything else was excellent."
