"Long story short I got upgraded to the Riu Palace Baja California next door. But we had access to the Santa Fe as well. We had access to both hotels so we spend time in both sides. The whole experience over all was great. I could get in detail but it was just amazing. The food, service, staff, everything. ..."

"The electricity went out for hours. Couldn’t charge my phone before my flight. WiFi was terrible and disconnected throughout the trip and was not stable or fast. Drinks are watered down. Food was bland, staff are overworked so service was quite slow. And cleaning of rooms was not thorough."
