"Alex helped my wife and me during our stay. He was very kind and truly tried to provide the best service, which made us feel well taken care of. The hotel has a lot of positives. It’s located right in the heart of downtown, so we could easily walk to great restaurants and shopping spots. Also, the room was clean and stylish. The only downside was the noise at night. There’s a club nearby, so it can get a bit loud after midnight. But the hotel provides earplugs, which helped us sleep better."

"We spent 5 days there and everyone was so nice. They cleaned our room everyday and even folded our clothes which was unusual to us. They also restocked our fridge everyday with water and beer. We had an ocean room with a balcony which was beautiful to see every morning. Also it was nice to actually leave the resort and walk to town with restaurants, bars, and music.
