Check in was a complete NIGHTMARE! Even though I paid for the “Rock Royalty” upgrade, our room was not ready (even though we arrived after 3pm), staff tried to upsell me on a rooftop suite, and when I declined the upgrade I was told to return in an hour and wait in line AGAIN! Incredibly kind staff, very clean, good food, very family friendly, and overall in a really great location. We left the resort a few times to test out some other local restaurants and they were delicious!! We’re already trying to decide when to return.
