"The property was nice and easy to navigate. And being ocean front was also a plus. What I didn’t like is that the pool side bar and kitchen close at 5pm. There are other bars around it but you have to get out of the pool to get drinks. In my opinion that’s the bar that should stay open the latest since people are on vacation and want to be in the water."

"Nos la pasamos súper a gusto mi familia y yo, muy limpio, bonito, nos dieron una habitación con una vista espectacular la atención del personal muy buena, en particular de Carlos en el área de la alberca siempre fue más adelante de lo esperado. Los 3 únicos detalles son: 1. En el lobby necesitan poner unos ventiladores para que circule el aire. 2. Los alimentos para estar en México les falta sazón. 3. La cuestión de que si quieres agarrar un UBER tienes que caminar hasta la entrada, no es mucho pero si le hacen al huésped un poco complicado ese asunto. Muy recomendable.."

"Everything was really accommodating with great location. Our stay was very comfortable. The adjoining rooms were superb for my two teenage boys. Whether if you take a garden view, Ocean view or pool view, all the rooms had a superb view of the entire resort. My only complaint for this resort with everything being all inclusive was that you do have several dining options with themed restaurants from Italian, Asian cuisine or a steakhouse was all eye-catching, but the quality and taste of the food wasn’t tasteful to my family’s palate. Whether it was one of the themed restaurants or the buffet, all the food tasted the same way very low-grade and lacked flavor, especially for being in Mexico. This was not my first time visit in Mexico and the food is always filled with flavor. But the resort could definitely step up the quality of food and invest in chefs not just cooks. I’m sure people would be willing to pay a little extra for that. Put this way not even the burgers were grilled on a barbecue. The flavor was either super peppery or salty. Outside of the food, everything else was wonderful."

"The property was extremely clean and the food at all of the restaurants were some of the best food that we have had at an all inclusive. The wait staff was soo nice and friendly. We absolutely LOVE Norma at the pool. She is 1 of the reasons why we go back there each time. Highly recommend this place for soo many reasons."
