Our room was haphazardly built, and there were many issues inside the room starting with its actual construction, being sloppy and messy. "The pool could had been cleaner and more evening activities for young adolescents. Our teens were bored and the animadores could had been more entertaining. "

"Rooms are outdated and sheets needs to be replaced. The room has a bad mildew smell and the sheets smelled like they needed to be replaced 20 years ago. However the staff was super nice, attentive and excellent service. Pools is nice and the beach view was amazing."

"We have the super executive suite with Jaccuzzi and it was could used more Amenities. We did not have bathroom for after the Jacuzzi, the Jacuzzi functions were not all working. The shampoo and conditioner was not the best for the hair after the pool nor the lotion. "

However, the one large downside is how much this hotel is constantly trying to sell you and the constant sales pitches. After our flight that was delayed 3 hours, the hotel staff wasted another hour trying to persuade us to joining a time-share meeting for the property. Highly recommend this hotel staff take it down a notch as it really turns customers off. "
