"La chica de la recepción no sabia del sistema, por lo cual fue un problema hacer el Check In. La alberca estaba sucia, no había nadie para controlar que las personas no metieran vasos de vidrio dentro, un peligro. Cosas sucias por doquier... Una desilusión"

"My girlfriend and I were there for a long weekend and relaxing stay… and this hotel did not disappoint! Very quiet, relaxing and well maintained rooms. The weather was hot but the rooms AC blasted cold air. The staff and receptionists were super helpful and friendly. Location is in fact a few walking minutes from El Malecón. Overall great stay, worth the price… we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it."

"The staff...If there was a 6-star choice I would have given it. The front desk people were always there to help me with my needs. The building is well maintained and the house keeping was very good. The location on the Malacon is very good as well. I'll try them out again next time. Thank you all very much for your assistance during my stay.
