Mi único comentario es que las rampas de acceso a la playa no son fáciles de transitar, por momentos llegan a ser resbalosas y sería mejor optar por homologar todo con escalones. Gracias"

"I lived staying at the ventana. We all had so much fun, our experience with the property was extremely good. Will highly recommend this place. Just one thing I would recommend is in the shower. I had a terrible fall, the shower was very slippery that I slid and fell down hurting my arm and head. Despite of the fall, my parents and husband really enjoyed staying at the ventana that we hope to come back some day not just us but with family. Thank you Ventana for making out trip one to talk about...

El lugar tiene muchos detalles que se agradecen: agua para beber siempre disponible, artículos de aseo personal e incluso equipo para actividades como snorkel y aletas. "The property is clean and nice. It’s directly on the Baja Marina, which is a beautiful area. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the Melacon, but very peaceful. It seems like it’s a newer resort in a developing area, as the staff all seem to be pretty new at their jobs. It’s just what it seems like. For instance, questions about the airport and then dining at the restaurant, some servers just didn’t either know the answer to our questions or didn’t understand English well.
