"A great place to stay in the Santa Cruz mountains. A little tricky to find and get to with winding mountain roads and no signs but that is part of getting away from everything and hanging with the chicks and ducks and geese all a-clucking. Fully stocked bar and kitchen made it so easy to just have fun. The dozens of huge koi fish will practically climb out of the pond when you start feeding them, and the chickens seemed to like Fritos. "It was a very comfortable hotel to stay at. Lots of amenities, good breakfast, I felt very safe at the hotel and surroundings. The only thing was that my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 night stay. I do like to save water and so I didn't need my sheets or towels changed during my stay but it would have been nice to have the trash taken out at least once during my stay. I would still choose to stay there again but request that someone come in and empty the trash at least every other day. I really liked that there was a fridge, small freezer, coffee maker and small microwave in the room."
"Friendly, welcoming staff, perfect location, small balcony overlooking beach and boardwalk. Walkable to the wonderful restaurants on the wharf. Room was on the small side, but other than that it was the perfect place to stay."
"Lobby and pool were cute. Pool and outside of property could use some TLC, getting somewhat rundown. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient and convenient."
