Quality Suites Downtown San Luis Obispo
Was surprised to be quoted $20 to check in at 2pm verses early check-in at 2:30pm. Place was empty and rooms available. Construction noise of renovations was also not disclosed at booking.

Everything was fine except for when a toilet was clogged and then they brought a plunger with public human fecal matter all over it in a bucket with used toilet water and said here you go
