"A great location at Fisherman's Wharf near many key attractions and restaurants that are easily walkable. We did find our ground level room a bit noisy with street sounds overnight and garbage collection very early in the morning though. There is no kettle in the room but we had easy access to hot water and cold drinking water at no cost (refill your own bottle) on our level with additional vending machines too. There is a Big Bus tours stop pretty much right outside too, that was very handy for our tour options we'd booked separately too. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a fantastic location. "Only stayed one night but they upgraded us to a suite which was luxurious. Location was perfect for all the sightseeing venues. I would stay there again without question. They even gave me a bag scale to weigh my bags before I headed off to the SFO international airport which is about 20-30mins away- just under $40 US for an uber."

"Check-in clerk never told me there were two separate buildings, and that the pool was in the building I wasn't in. Only told me pool was on the second floor, so I wandered around looking for it in my building. One elevator was out the entire time I was there, so it created a pile up at the other elevator, and even though staff knew that, it took them 12 hours to put a sign up."
