"This hotel has been our GO TO hotel for over night stays when we travel. This visit, we arrived very late (midnight). The desk staff was very helpful. We asked for a microwave to be brought to our room. The on duty maintenance man brought it and set it up. He also took down the luggage carrier we had used. We had not expected that. The location of the airport is perfect. Sometimes we have taken advantage of their shuttle.. but not this visit."
