"Arrivée tardive. Personne à l accueil… alors que j avais signalais au téléphone que le train avait 2h de retard. La personne du soir n a pas jugé utile de me rappeler pour me donner le code de la boîte à clefs. Elle aurait pu laisser un sms… mais NON. Elle a laissé un sms sur Expedia que je n ai pu lire que le lendemain. Nous avons passer la nuit dans un fauteuil. Au demeurant pas très propre. Le lendemain pas d excuse. J ai 75 ans et je voyage avec mon petit fils. J ai apprécié moyen!!!! L...

"The location of this hotel is excellent. The rooms are small as expected, and we found the plumbing to be surprisingly good for such an old building. Our only complaint was we had to request multiple times to have the room cleaned or the coffee refilled."
