"The hostess, Saghira, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. She was the perfect hostess and responded straight away when I contacted her for assistance. The property itself is located near bus stops that take you straight to the heart of the city centre. It's an easy 10-15 minute bus ride. The property is clean and homely. "Two live wasps were in the room. Owner offered a downgraded room that had toilet outside the room. We had paid for en suite so we refused his offer and he agreed to refund us the money we had paid. I’ve had to message the owner few times to take care of the refund but I haven’t had any update. I now have to deal with the hassle of reporting the matter to the platform to get my money back. This is a headache I could have done without so I could enjoy my holiday. "
