Hostel di Lothian Barat

"Wir hatten 3 Nächte in einem privaten Zimmer gebucht. Die privaten Zimmer liegen alle außerhalb des Haupthauses in einem anderen Gebäude. Die Zimmer, die Toiletten und Duschen sind alle neu und sehr schön. Das Ganze Gebäude scheint neu Renoviert zu sein. Man bekommt den Eindruck eher in einem Hotel zu sein. Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, viel Platz und Sitzgelegenheit. 4 Toiletten und 3 Duschen für 6 Zimmer sind mehr als ausreichend. Besonders zu loben ist die Küche. Auch alles neu und die...

"Había demasiado ruido de parte de ciertos inquilinos, para ser una propiedad para estudiantes y que tienen políticas “muy estrictas” de ruido, habian familias con bebes, niños corriendo en los pasillos, gritando de noche… me parece muy extraño y desagradable tanto ruido, más cuando se sabe que esos lugares son para llegar y descansar cuando se puede. I was a little hestitant to share a room as an older traveller, but the pod style beds were comfotable and private. High five for this hostel!"

"The hostel is perched above Kelvingrove park, a beautiful park at the doorstep. Easy walking distance (10-15 min) to University of Glasgow, Kelvingrove museum, bus stop, and Kelvinbridge Subway station. Pubs along Woodland road as well as a Sainsbury. The front desk staff seem to know everything that someone new to Glasgow would want to know. Our room was two singles with a private bath. Things were clean, comfortable and functional. A laundry washing machine issue was taken care of right away....

"The location is excellently situated in old town and it is within walking distance to Stirling Castle. As a Hostel, it has exceeded our expectations with its spacious public lounges and kitchen. The facilities were well maintained and staff were friendly. The only complaint we have is that the room we stayed in was lack of air circulation.
