Hotel dekat Lotza Fun Room

"Beautiful lobby, workout room and indoor pool. Our room was small. Bed was ok. AC/Heat was very touchy. Room was either cold or hot. It runs day and night. Kept us awake. Didn’t see that they offered ear plugs etc until checkout today. We spent 2 nights. Our room was not serviced yesterday. Breakfast was ok. Not laid out very well. Example toaster on counter with eggs etc but bread is across the way about 5 feet or more. Needs better organization. Tortillas not warm even though served in...

"Great customer service!"

"The only thing I will say when we got there the room stinks of like someone was smoking thing the room"

"The heating unit in our room was not functioning. There seemed to be only one very tired staffer in the facility, and she made some ineffectual attempts to deal with the problem. She first said we couldn't get a different room (without explaining why), but later backed off."
