"Noisy outside. Room was hard to get dark enough to sleep. Pillow was terrible."

"Decent hotel but better off paying a few dollars more for a real Marriott. Rooms are small. Despite recent “renovations” rooms are still in need of improvement (bathroom). I stayed for 5 nights but they only freshened up the room once. Location is edging on some rougher areas of downtown. Breakfast options are not much better than a holiday inn. For $70 extra per night you can stay at the Marriott residence with double the room size, and better everything."

"I had a wonderful day and I paid extra for the breakfast, which was wonderful. I also met Andrea the housekeeper who was so friendly and helpful. She even gave me a hug when I was checking out! Lovely people."

"I was disappointed when the room i took had two queen beds and.the beds were very worn out . The headboard of the beds were frayed and the leather was peeling from the headboard right above my head where I was positioned. For an artsy hotel this did not meet the standards and the room definitely needs updating and refurbishment. I also took pictures of the bed and will post on Google reviews"

"The room was excellent and the reception at both check in and check out . The breakfast was better in some of the other Fairmont facilities and we felt for the price , the in room dining was limited"
