Hotel dekat Louisa Bay

"We were expecting a well maintained, boutique hotel, sadly it was not. Although refurbished in Nov 2014, the state of our room (1) lacked maintenance. Although each was relatively minor, when 10 issues are present, then the result is a disappointment. I relayed these to the receptionist on departure, and she seemed reluctant to seriously acknowledge the problem. This summed up the general feeling of laissez-faire."

"I loved this hotel. Lovely bed with white linen. A window that actually opened. Bathroom was lovely too with shower gels and ahampo and soap. I had a lovely sleep. I will stay here everytime i visit ramsgate. There is a bus stip that goes to margate on a loop. Opposite the marina and staggering distance to the bars. Real value for money. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend"

"The hotel has basic furniture, no wardrobes or drawers for putting personal items out of view. The wash basin sink took ages to empty. The kettle had no filter so would take longer to switch off. Breakfast food was always slightly overcooked, especially bacon and sausages. Apart from these niggles it was clean, comfortable bed (very large) changed regularly. The staff very friendly and helpful. Be aware, it only accepts card payments, No cash. Nearby there is an Asda express, a mcdonlds and a...

"Ideal location. Room nice and quiet overnight. Air con was very welcome. Staff were great. Would stay again when I go back"
